The downside of this desk is that you do not have as many drawers to place your miscellaneous items or a bookshelf.

Some people also prefer to have an ottoman in their room. These can be used as something to sit on in your room, but they are low to the ground. They can also be used as a footstool. Most ottomans also open up, so they can be used as another storage unit in your room if you do not have enough room in all of the drawers. Ottomans are a good way to spice up a room. If people do not feel like sitting on their bed to watch their television set and do not have enough room for a couch, they can sit on their ottoman to watch. People can choose to buy their ottoman in fabric, leather, or vinyl.

Even though white bedroom furniture is very popular, some people do not prefer to use this color in their room scheme. Many people see this as a boring color, and they would rather brighten up their room rather than it being full of white furniture. White also shows off any dirt stains created on it really well also. Other colors would do not show off dirt as well as white does. Another reason that people do not want to have white bedroom furniture is because they prefer to have their walls white. If you have white walls and white bedroom furniture, then that would throw the whole room off. The walls would have to be another color if the furniture is white.
